Editor's notes.- Ga. L. 2009, p. 698, § 1, effective July 1, 2009, repealed the Code sections formerly codified at this chapter and enacted the current chapter. The former chapter consisted of Code Sections10-12-1 through10-12-5, relating to electronic records and signatures, and was based on Code 1981, §§ 10-12-1 -10-12-5, enacted by Ga.
