§ 16-15-8. Matters proved in criminal trial
Universal Citation: GA Code § 16-15-8 (2019)
A conviction of an offense defined as criminal gang activity shall estop the defendant in any subsequent civil action or proceeding as to matters proved in the criminal proceeding.
