Article 1 - General Provisions
§ 10-6B-4. Power of attorney is durable
Universal Citation: GA Code § 10-6B-4 (2019)
A power of attorney created under this chapter shall be durable unless it expressly provides that it is terminated by the incapacity of the principal.
