§ 33-19-20. Exemption from taxation of corporations

GA Code § 33-19-20 (2016) What's This?

Every corporation subject to this chapter is declared to be a charitable and benevolent institution and shall be exempt from all taxes from which charitable and benevolent institutions are exempted.
