§ 24-13-4 - Penalty for excessive witness fee claim

GA Code § 24-13-4 (2014) What's This?

A witness who claims more than is due to such witness shall forfeit all witness fees and shall pay to the injured party, in addition thereto, four times the amount so unjustly claimed.
