53-9-45. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Accounting to administrator or executor by conservator when absentee declared dead


If an absentee is declared legally dead and his will is probated or administration had upon his estate, the conservator shall account to the administrator or the executor of the estate of the absentee in the manner set forth in Code Section 53-9-46.
