53-9-22. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Procedure on petition; applicable law


Upon the filing of the petition pursuant to Code Section 53-9-20, the procedure shall be the same as in applications for administration on estates of deceased persons. The laws applicable to the administration of estates shall apply to conservators of the estates of missing persons except insofar as the same may conflict with this part.
