The application shall set forth the name of the missing person, his place of residence in the county, the circumstances under which he disappeared, what inquiry has been made as to his whereabouts, the fact that if he were living he would probably have communicated with the petitioner or with some person of whom inquiry has been made, a description of the property owned by the missing person or in which he may have an interest and the estimated value of the property, together with a statement showing the interest of the petitioner in the estate and the names and addresses of all known heirs at law and dependents of the missing person.
