53-7-103. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Action by temporary administrator to collect debts or recover personalty; substitution of permanent administrator


A temporary administrator may bring an action for the collection of debts or for personal property of the decedent. If a permanent administrator is appointed pending the action, he may be made a party in lieu of the temporary administrator.
