53-6-123. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Application by resident to compel protection of his interest before assets of estate removed from state


If any resident of this state is interested as creditor, heir, or legatee in the estate of which a foreign administrator or executor is the representative, he may apply to the superior court to compel the foreign administrator or executor to protect his interest according to equity and good conscience before removing assets of the estate beyond the limits of this state.
