53-6-122. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Filing of copies of letters testamentary or of administration pending action


Pending the action, properly authenticated certified copies of the letters testamentary or of administration shall be filed with the clerk of the court to become a part of the record if the case is pending in a court of record. If it is a summary proceeding, the properly authenticated certified copies shall be filed with the papers.
