53-3-19. (Pre-1998 Probate Code) Appointment of guardians ad litem for minors or persons of unsound mind; effect of failure to appoint


If any of the heirs are minors or of unsound mind, guardians ad litem shall be appointed by the court. Absent such appointment, the probate shall not be conclusive as to them.
