2006 Georgia Code - 9-9-31

9-9-31. (a) This part shall apply to arbitrations within its scope notwithstanding provisions in Part 1 of this article to the contrary. (b) This part shall apply only to the arbitration of disputes between: (1) Two or more persons at least one of whom is domiciled or established outside the United States; or (2) Two or more persons all of whom are domiciled or established in the United States if the dispute bears some relation to property, contractual performance, investment, or other activity outside the United States. (c) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (b) of this Code section, this part shall not apply to the arbitration of any of the exceptions set forth in Part 1 of this article.
