2006 Georgia Code - 8-3-131
8-3-131. As used in this part, the term:
(1) 'City' means any city in the
state; (2) 'Federal
government' means the United States government and any department,
agency, or instrumentality thereof; and (3) 'Persons' means an individual and those
members of his family living with him.
