2006 Georgia Code - 7-2-2
7-2-2. Amendments to the articles of incorporation,
adopted by a vote of two-thirds of the member financial
institutions present at an annual meeting or a special meeting
called for that purpose, shall be filed with the Secretary of State
in the same manner as the original articles and shall become
effective upon approval by the department and subsequent
notification of the Secretary of State.
