2006 Georgia Code - 7-1-9
7-1-9. The General Assembly shall at all times have
power to prescribe such regulations, provisions, and limitations as
it may deem advisable, which regulations, provisions, and
limitations shall be binding upon financial institutions that are
subject to this chapter. The General Assembly shall have the power
to amend, repeal, or modify this chapter at pleasure.
