2006 Georgia Code - 7-1-710
7-1-710. As used in this article, the term:
(1) 'International bank agency'
means the international banking corporation with respect to all
business or activities conducted in this state or through an office
located in this state. (2)
'International banking corporation' means a banking corporation
organized and licensed under the laws of some foreign country or a
political subdivision thereof, other than the United States of
America or any of the states within the United States of America.
For purposes of this article, a foreign country shall include any
territories or possessions of the United States.
