2006 Georgia Code - 6-4-2
6-4-2. There is created the Georgia Airport Development
Authority for the purposes of determination of location,
construction, financing, acquisition of property, operation, and
development of any new airports that are planned to accommodate
aircraft operating under the provisions of 14 C.F.R. Part 121
within and outside the State of Georgia.
