2006 Georgia Code - 50-8-67

50-8-67. A director or chief administrative officer of a regional development center shall not actively or directly attempt to influence the election of persons as members of the board of such regional development center. A director or chief administrative officer of a regional development center shall not participate in any partisan political activities. The board of a regional development center may adopt, as part of its personnel policies, disciplinary measures to be imposed for noncompliance with this Code section.
