2006 Georgia Code - 50-18-33

50-18-33. (a) Upon delivery of the volumes of each report to the proper recipient, the publisher shall present to the reporter an itemized statement of charges for which the state is liable. If the statement appears erroneous to the reporter, he shall contact the publisher in an effort to correct the errors. In the event no agreement can be reached, the Attorney General shall act as arbiter between the reporter and the publisher. (b) If the reporter is satisfied as to the correctness of the statement of charges, he shall pay the publisher accordingly. The payment shall be made from funds appropriated to the courts by the General Assembly for the publication and distribution of the reports of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals. This particular appropriation is to be administered by the reporter. (c) The price at which the reports shall be furnished to the state and to the citizens of the state shall not exceed the price set forth in the contract.
