There Is a Newer Version

the Georgia Code
2006 Georgia Code - 49-7-8
49-7-8. The board is authorized and directed to adopt
and promulgate rules and regulations to carry out this chapter.
Such rules and regulations shall provide the necessary requirements
and guides for county and district departments of health and
departments of family and children services.
