2006 Georgia Code - 49-6-4
49-6-4. The department may receive and accept on behalf
of the state any grant or grant-in-aid from the federal government
or any grant, gift, bequest, or devise from any other source; and
title shall pass to the state unless otherwise specified by the
grantor.
