2006 Georgia Code - 49-5-131
49-5-131. As used in this article, the term:
(1) 'Council' means the Children and
Youth Coordinating Council created pursuant to Code Section
49-5-132. (2) 'Delinquent
act' means an act defined in paragraph (6) of Code Section 15-11-2;
provided, however, that such term shall not include a 'designated
felony act' as such term is defined in paragraph (2) of subsection
(a) of Code Section 15-11-63. (3) 'Director' means the executive director of
the Children and Youth Coordinating Council.
