2006 Georgia Code - 49-4-17
49-4-17. The cost of administration and the cost of
public assistance provided under any of the categories of public
assistance authorized under Code Section 49-4-3 shall be met from
such funds as shall be made available therefor from state and
federal appropriations. No county shall be required to participate
in the cost of such public assistance or in the cost of the
administration thereof.
