2006 Georgia Code - 49-10-4
49-10-4. The board shall have the power to contract with
other state and federal agencies, persons, corporations,
associations, institutions, and authorities in carrying out its
responsibilities. In addition, the board shall have the authority
to adopt reasonable rules and regulations to carry out those
responsibilities.
