2006 Georgia Code - 48-13-63

48-13-63. (a) It shall be unlawful for any innkeeper to violate any other provision of this article for which punishment is not otherwise provided. (b) Any person who violates subsection (a) of this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
