2006 Georgia Code - 46-9-56

46-9-56. Any common carrier of freight within the limits of this state or, if such common carrier is a corporation, any officer, agent, or employee thereof, who, by means of false billing, false classification, false weighing, false report of weight, or by any other device or means, knowingly and willfully assists or permits any person to obtain transportation for property from and to points within the limits of this state at less than the regular rates then established and in force on the line of transportation of such common carrier shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
