2006 Georgia Code - 46-3-421
46-3-421. The statement of intent to dissolve shall be
delivered to the Secretary of State for filing as provided in Code
Section 46-3-174. The electric membership corporation shall also
forward a copy of such statement to the state revenue commissioner
for filing.
