2006 Georgia Code - 46-2-7
46-2-7. The commission shall have power to employ such
officers, experts, engineers, statisticians, accountants,
inspectors, clerks, and other employees as it may deem necessary to
perform the duties and exercise the powers conferred by law upon
the commission. The compensation of such employees shall be fixed
by the commission at such sums as it may deem reasonable and
proper.
