2006 Georgia Code - 44-9-71
44-9-71. In the event the parties disagree as to the
necessity for the right of way sought to be condemned and as to the
compensation to be paid to the landowners therefor, arbitrators may
be selected as provided by Parts 1 and 2 of Article 2 of Chapter 9
of Title 9.
