2006 Georgia Code - 44-2-105

44-2-105. In any case, by consent of the parties or upon the order of the judge, the examiner may procure the services of a stenographer to report the testimony taken before him. The stenographer´s compensation, unless agreed on by the parties, shall be fixed by the judge and taxed as costs.
