2006 Georgia Code - 44-12-117

44-12-117. Since a loan is gratuitous, the borrower must pay all necessary charges and expenses in preserving and taking care of the property during the time of the loan. If, however, extraordinary expenses are necessary to protect the property from destruction, the lender must reimburse the borrower for such expenses.
