2006 Georgia Code - 4-7-7
4-7-7. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed so as
to limit in any manner the authority of the Commissioner to carry
out, administer, and enforce all laws, rules, and regulations for
the control and eradication of livestock and poultry diseases in
this state.
