2006 Georgia Code - 4-4-75

4-4-75. Any person who shall forcibly resist, oppose, assault, prevent, impede, or interfere with the Commissioner or any duly authorized livestock inspector in the execution of his duties or on account of the execution of such duty shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
