2006 Georgia Code - 4-4-41
4-4-41. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm,
partnership, or corporation to engage in the business of operating
a rendering plant without first applying for and obtaining a
license from the Commissioner of Agriculture. Each license shall
expire on December 31 of each year, and each application for a
license must be accompanied by a license fee of $5.00.
