2006 Georgia Code - 39-4-8
39-4-8. Financial responsibility for any child placed
pursuant to the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children
shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article V
thereof in the first instance. However, in the event of partial or
complete default of performance thereunder, Articles 1 and 2 of
Chapter 11 of Title 19, relating to enforcement of support
obligations and other applicable provisions of law may also be
invoked.
