2006 Georgia Code - 39-2-5

39-2-5. No minor under 16 years of age shall be employed in the delivery of messages by any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the message service business or in the general work of messenger service between the hours of 9:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.
