2006 Georgia Code - 34-9-177

34-9-177. Notwithstanding any provisions of this article which might be construed to the contrary, no fund shall be considered an insurer for the purposes of Title 33 except for the limited purposes specified in this article; and, specifically, no fund shall be considered to be an insurer for the purposes of Chapter 36 of Title 33, the 'Georgia Insurers Insolvency Pool Act,' or other laws of this state which relate to insurers or insurance companies.
