2006 Georgia Code - 33-59-17
33-59-17. A life settlement provider lawfully transacting business in this state may continue to do so pending approval or disapproval of the persońs application for a license so long as the application is filed with the Commissioner not later than 30 days after publication by the Commissioner of an application form for licensure of these life settlement providers. If the publication of the application form is prior to November 5, 2005, then the filing of the application shall not be later than 30 days after November 5, 2005.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
