2006 Georgia Code - 33-18-22

33-18-22. Medical service corporations shall not pay any of the funds collected from the members or subscribers to any physicians for medical or surgical, dental, or podiatric services or to any other person or persons for additional services and supplies until after the physician or other person or persons shall have rendered the necessary medical or surgical, dental, or podiatric care or furnished the necessary additional services and supplies, as the case may be, to the subscriber or member.
