2006 Georgia Code - 32-2-67
32-2-67. A bidder shall be required to pay to the
department a reasonable sum sufficient to cover the cost to the
department of copies of the bid proposal form of the department,
the standard specifications of the department, and the plans of the
contract if such plans are required because the particular contract
calls for construction.
