2006 Georgia Code - 31-8-119

31-8-119. No resident nor any resident´s family, guardian, or representative shall be coerced by any means into giving contributions. When contributions are freely made by the resident or resident´s family, guardian, or representative for a restricted purpose, such contribution must be used for the purpose so designated. A receipt shall be provided for all contributions and a central record of such receipts shall be maintained at the facility.
