There is a newer version of the Georgia Code
2006 Georgia Code - 31-7-177
31-7-177. Since hospice care is primarily provided at home, licensure shall not be determined solely on the number of inpatient beds needed for service. Inpatient beds under contract to a hospice program may be used by the hospice when needed but may remain otherwise available to the inpatient unit at other times without a change in licensing.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
