2006 Georgia Code - 3-3-5
3-3-5. No alcoholic beverages shall be sold by any
licensee under this title if the alcoholic beverages do not fully
meet all federal requirements as to quality or purity, as
represented by the label, or do not meet such standards as may be
adopted by the commissioner.
