2006 Georgia Code - 26-2-334

26-2-334. Possession of non-Kosher food in any place of business advertising that the only food sold or offered for sale therein is Kosher food shall be prima-facie evidence of intent to defraud under Code Section 26-2-331 or 26-2-332.
