26-2-239. The standards and requirements for standardized frozen desserts, specifically ice cream, frozen custard, sherbet, and water ices, as adopted by the Food and Drug Administration of the United States Department of Health and Human Services and contained in 'Frozen Desserts,' 21 C.F.R. Sec. 135.3, 21 C.F.R.
