2006 Georgia Code - 24-5-22

24-5-22. (a) If the properly registered original of any paper is lost or destroyed, a certified copy from the registry shall be deemed good secondary evidence. (b) The official entry of the proper officer on a paper shall be sufficient evidence of its registry.
