2006 Georgia Code - 24-3-7

24-3-7. (a) Declarations by a person in possession of property in disparagement of his own title shall be admissible in evidence in favor of anyone and against privies of the declarant. (b) Declarations by a person in favor of his own title shall be admissible to prove his adverse possession.
