2006 Georgia Code - 21-2-592
21-2-592. Any poll officer who willfully fails to keep a
record, as required by Code Section 21-2-409, of the name of each
voter who received assistance, the exact disability of any assisted
voter which makes the assistance necessary, and the name of each
person rendering assistance to a voter shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor.
