2006 Georgia Code - 21-2-589
21-2-589. Any poll officer who willfully:
(1) Fails to file the voter´s
certificate of any elector actually voting at any primary or
election; (2) Fails to record
voting information as required by this chapter; or
(3) Fails to insert in the numbered
list of voters the name of any person actually voting
shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor.
